# Poker tournaments

When seating opens after tables clear, the main button becomes Join tournament. It checks any saved registration receipt, reads a fresh arena snapshot, and selects the fullest table with a legal empty seat. Approve the normal buy-in/session flow in the wallet. A confirmed existing seat opens without another entry payment; genuinely pending receipts open the recovery panel. Entry is bound to the current event, so an event change cannot silently become a cash-table buy-in. Read the current entry window, buy-in and prize rules rather than assuming yesterday’s values.

Follow the assigned table and current blind level. Play with the same Hold'em controls, keep the participant browser alive for private dealing, and follow reassignment instructions when tables move. Tournament chips, entry costs and prizes are different quantities; read the UI rather than treating the table stack as a withdrawable cash balance.

Verify your finish and prize or refund in tournament standings and the displayed receipt/claim flow. Only use player controls. Creating events, sponsoring prizes and administrative recovery are separate actions requiring explicit owner instructions.

Onchain arena and event accounts bind paid entrants, table assignments, chip stacks, blind levels and settlement. Four ten-seat tables support up to 40 seated players. Rebalancing occurs between hands; the coordinator proposes operations that the program validates. Tournament chips are event accounting, not independently withdrawable wallet tokens. Auto check/fold still pays blinds, and a turn has a 40-second action window. Check the event’s actual prize distribution and claim/refund state before reporting winnings.
